Maventa spins off into its own Visma company
Maventa e-invoicing service will spin off from Visma Solutions Oy to become its own Visma subsidiary starting from the beginning of 2025. Maventa has been part of the Visma Solutions product family since 2014. The change will not affect customers.
E-invoicing is becoming increasingly international. The purpose of the arrangement is to create the best possible conditions for Maventa to continue its international growth and to support our customers by creating a European-wide e-invoicing network with associated services.
Maventa e-invoicing service will continue its operations as before after the spin-off. The change will not affect partner and customer relationships. The usage of the service will continue in the same way as before. Maventa Oy, which will begin its operations at the turn of the year, will continue to be part of the Visma Group.
